The Rabbi of this shul was Rabbi Yisroel Flam A"H (may he rest in peace). Rabbi Flam was also a teacher at Yeshivath Beth Yehudah and later the principal of The Hebrew Academy in Oak Park which was affiliated with Yeshivath Beth Yehudah. The shul later moved and merged with the Polisher Shul and is still located on West Ten Mile Road just East of Greenfield Road. It is the Bnai Israel. Rabbi Flam was the Rabbi until sometime in the 1960's when he moved to Monsey, New York. Currently the Rabbi is Rabbi Yoel Sperka.

I want to make a correction to my earlier posting. The name of the Shul today is Congregation Bnai Israel Beth Yehudah.
